Reporting into Richard Pitt, Managing Director at Data Integration, Jeff’s role will encompass service delivery management, customer base retention, managed service evolution, service revenue growth and lifecycle management.
With over 20 years’ experience in senior B2B technical and commercial roles in end user, systems integration and reseller environments, Jeff brings valuable skills integral to optimising pre‐sales, implementation, support and managed services.
Key achievements in previous roles at Redstone, IP Integration and Telindus include implementing process and policy enhancements, establishing effective service management structures and reducing attrition of operational staff.
